Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your service date. The remaining balance is due the same day the work is completed. This helps keep the schedule reliable for everyone.

What’s included in the regular mowing service?

Mowing, trimming/weed eating around edges and obstacles, edging along sidewalks and driveways, and blowing off all hard surfaces.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the size of your yard. Most standard residential lawns start at $50. I’ll give you an exact price when you request a quote.

What if it rains on my scheduled day?

I’ll contact you to reschedule as soon as possible. I keep an eye on the weather and try to give as much notice as I can.

Do you only mow, or can you do other work?

The main service is the full mowing package. I also offer weed whacking/edging packages and bush/shrub trimming. Just ask if you need something extra.

How do I book or get a quote?

Are you a one-man operation?

Yes. I’m Colin, the owner. You’ll deal directly with me every time no rotating crews or subcontractors.

Spring Hill, Brooksville, Hudson, and nearby neighborhoods including High Point, Brookridge, Timber Pines, Heritage Pines, and others. If you’re close by, just ask.
