I’m Colin, the owner of GroundVeil Lawn Service. Since this is a 100% owner-operated business, you’ll deal directly with me from the first message all the way through every service. No crews, no middlemen, and no surprises.
Here’s exactly how it works when you’re a new customer.
1. Request a Quote
Call or text me at 352-488-8808 (Text is way better because there are A lot of spam)
Tell me your address and tell me what you would like me to service example being, the mowing package or if you just want wee whacking and edging. I’ll get back to you with a clear price, usually the same day.
2. 50% Deposit to secure the service
Once you approve the quote, a 50% deposit is required to lock in your service date.
This protects both of our time and keeps the schedule reliable.
You can pay by cash, Zelle, cash app, or card.
after the first service there will be no more half payments and full payments will be required after service.
3. Service Day
I’ll show up on the scheduled day and take care of everything included in your package.
You’ll get a quick text when I’m on the way.
4. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due the same day the work is completed, before or after pictures will be set to the owner when completed, typically only for the first service but can send after every service.
